Screeding Prices

Below you can find a rough idea on how much our liquid flow screed rendering services cost. These are guidelines and should NOT be treated as a final quote. Prices vary depending on the area size of floor and type of screed materials used.

We highly recommend using liquid flow screed by a manufacturer called Weber.

Liquid Flow Screed Prices

  • Approximately Costs inbetween £18 – £24 per M2.
  • This does not include labour or the necessary costs for additional equipment or services.

Why Choose Flow Screed:

  • Reduced screed depth in comparison to the more traditional screeding methods, such as sand and cement screed, which minimises heat storage.
  • Liquid screed can be pumped which eliminates the need for more labour costs.
  • Works great and efficiently with underfloor heating due to it being extremely conductive.
  • No voids surrounding heating pipes which leads to a massive reduction in heat loss.
  • Force drying available which helps to reduce project time frames, leading to quicker completion.

We understand that you may require other screeding materials other than liquid flow screed. We are Weber Approved Installers and can offer 10 year guarantees for all screeding projects.

Other Potential Costs To Consider

Sometimes there are other costs to consider when having plastering, rendering or screeding works. The prices above do not reflect these additional costs listed below.

  • Scaffolding Costs – erecting scaffolding may be required depending on the type and size of project. Scaffolding prices will vary depending on the company you choose and height of which is needed access to (e.g. upper floors to be rendered or plastered).
  • Removing Existing Render or Plaster Costs – the prices may vary depending on the depth of render and size of walls.
  • Waste Disposal Costs (e.g. Skip Hire) – we can help with all waste disposal to ensure that all waste products are removed and where possible recycled. This is normally needed for screeding, rendering and plastering.
  • Protective Tape & Sheeting Costs – this normally involves applying protective tape and sheets around windows, guttering, downpipes, etc. Most of the time this cost will be for some plastering and most rendering projects.
